Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP)
Employment Resource Referral Directory (ERRD)
Instructions for Implementing the Employment Resource Referral Directory
The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) has developed an Employment Resource Referral Directory, (Directory) that lists governmental and non-governmental not-for-profit organizations as references to assist hiring of qualified applicants by contractors. This linkage directory will enhance access to various programs that assist in providing job referral services to veterans, individuals with disabilities, women and minority groups. The purpose is to facilitate contractor compliance, increase the usefulness of resource organizations to the contractor community, assist workers in seeking referral organizations and reinforce linkages between contractors and job seekers.
OFCCP hopes that corporate EEO Directors and their staffs will have at their disposal a wide spectrum of not-for-profit organizations that provide a steady stream of qualified applicants while also assisting workers with opportunities in fulfilling contractors' affirmative action and EEO obligations.
Sources on List
The linkage Directory lists hundreds of governmental and non-governmental not-for-profit resource organizations that can provide workers having a variety of job skills and capabilities and are work-ready. These resource organizations are listed by state in alphabetical order for ease of reference. Where possible, website addresses of these organizations are given. Every effort is made to ensure that descriptions of activities and capabilities are precise. OFCCP does not control or guarantee the accuracy, relevance, timeliness or completeness of the information provided by the resource organizations.
Procedures for Getting on Referral List
OFCCP recognizes that this Directory may not be all-inclusive of job referral resources and therefore invites entities wishing to be included in this list. This will assist OFCCP to keep the directory current and diverse. Any organization that wishes to be considered for inclusion on the Referral List should submit its name, address and brief description of its goals and activities to the OFCCP National Office. The address is:
U.S. Department of Labor
Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs
200 Constitution Avenue, NW
Washington, DC 20210
You may also contact us by sending an e-mail message to: OFCCP-Public@dol.gov; or by sending us a fax. The Fax Telephone Number is (202) 693-1304.
Listing in this Directory does not guarantee that an organization will be contacted or used by a Federal contractor or subcontractor. All linkages are to be negotiated and arranged by the contractor and the specific resource organization and do not need OFCCP approval.
This Directory contains information and hypertext pointers to information created and maintained by other public and private organizations. It must be emphasized that OFCCP does not control or guarantee the accuracy, relevance, timeliness, or completeness of this outside information. Further, the inclusion of pointers to particular items in hypertext is not intended to endorse any views expressed or implied or recommend products or services offered by the author of the reference or the organization operating the site on which the reference is maintained.
The Department of Labor reserves the right to exclude or terminate from the list any organization that espouses or supports any policy, position or cause that could conceivably embarrass the Department of Labor or conflicts with departmental policies, programs, procedures and responsibilities.

In order to improve the usefulness of this Directory, OFCCP will appreciate receiving feedback from contractors, resource organizations, veteran, women's' and minority groups/associations, the public and other stakeholders. Suggestions and recommendations for improvement should be sent to the National Office. OFCCP will seriously consider each recommendation for inclusion in the directory.
